Our Program

I’m available to work one-on-one to assess your individual needs and devise an action plan to meet your goals.  You’ll receive ongoing support to learn about a Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle, including:


  • Understanding the principles of nutrition
  • Recognisizing hunger/fullness cues
  • Making healthy and satisfying food choices
  • Understanding the differences between the “Standard American Diet” and WFPB eating


You and I will focus on your specific lifestyle challenges and goals, and help you progress at your own pace.  The program will be tailored to your specific needs and will help you devise personalized strategies to increase your health and overall wellness.  This program will motivate sustainable change and give you the confidence and knowledge to reach your health goals.


I can meet with you in-person or via telehealth, whichever you prefer.
